Do you do litigation?
Our firm will file a Summons & Complaint which begins the litigation process, followed by discovery and trial. Some cases are settled during the litigation process, before trial. You will always make the final determination as to settlement.

Although there is no way to know exactly how much the insurance company will offer to replace the value of the harms and losses you have experienced, our case analysis is dependent upon many factors including lost wages, property damage, and pain & suffering.

In the event that you decide to hire our firm, we will complete our intake process with you which involves the collection of documents relevant to the accident.
Our fees are contingency-based. That means that there is no charge unless you win your case.
